There are so many things you need to know first. You are talking about a “business” and that means lots of insurance. You will need restrooms. Handicap accessibility. Parking. Will you need heat? Ventilation? Lighting? Someone to answer the phones? Scoreboards? How many will be playing at one time?
Wow….. see what I mean? Your best bet is to call someone in the business, you may even need an architect. Look in your yellow pages for “buidings – commercial” and give them a call. They will be able to quickly narrow down your budget. You will want to find someone in your area, say within 100 miles.
My wild guess? I think a minimum sized building that you are looking at would be more like $200,000 and up. I know that a simple garage 24 x 60 (basic metal building) looks like $15,000 for the buidlng but $40,000 by the time you add concrete, electric, water, lights, doors, gravel, drainage, etc, etc. Good luck though, if you’ve got the money, it will be fun!
